The aim of this research paper is to present a solution for the challenges faced by organizations due to the manual processes involved in the existing systems. The problem statement identifies the burden on employees for manual data entry, which many times leads to decreased productivity and increased likelihood of errors made by the humans while copying the data manually. This paper proposes a digital solution for the manual Operations and Processes Performed in Construction Industries through cloud deployment that aims to remove the manual processes and increase automation capabilities. The research focuses on the development and implementation of the digitalization of operations and processes within the Organization by making use of ERP system, ultimately providing a more efficient and streamlined approach to organizational processes.
